Track is hot from 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break at 12pm.
3 group format, 20 minute sessions. Clockwise Course Direction
A Group- Advanced Track Riders and Racers
B Group-Intermediate Track Riders
C Group- Novice Riders and New to the Track Riders
